Changework - NLP Coaching Module

4-Day Intensive Practitioner Training Course

Overview

In this module, you'll learn how to help clients who want to make changes but who don't want or need therapy. As a coach, you can help a client to focus, make decisions, or get motivated. This course taught students how NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) can help the process of change alongside traditional coaching and hypnosis.

What LHA students learnt

  • What coaching is and when to use it
  • Active listening and effective questioning
  • Goal-setting strategies for clients
  • Motivational techniques for rapid change
  • Classic coaching skills & NLP techniques
  • The benefits of combining coaching with therapy
  • Identifying and developing your niche market
This intensive four-day coaching module enabled students to assist others in identifying goals, then reach these goals through classic coaching or NLP strategies. Coaching is widely used in the corporate arena and private practice. This was a very experiential training course which provided the opportunity to watch and practise a number of practical interventions.

Training resources were provided with each module, along with practical and written assignments.
