4-Day Intensive Practitioner Training Course
Overview
In this module, students learnt about modern psychotherapy and counselling approaches that work well with hypnotherapy. They were shown how to use a variety of brief interventions and how to use them for rapid change. They practised these techniques in the classes and studied the background and theory of traditional psychotherapy schools and modern psychotherapeutic models in their digital training resources.

- How to use hypnosis in conjunction with other methodologies
- Cognitive Behavioural Approaches and how to use them with clients
- How to help clients recognise and change unhelpful, irrational beliefs
- Gestalt Therapy 'Empty Chair' technique
- Free Association and Direct to Cause Regression
- Inner Child Healing for the resolution of low self-esteem and other issues
- An introduction to Mindfulness and how to teach the approach to clients
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or 'Tapping')
Training resources were provided with each module, along with practical and written assignments.
